We hired a hot tub for half term last week! It was... amazing!! I cannot recommend premier hot tub hire enough!! The service we received was outstanding! Excellent communication - all messages were responded to quickly and with all relevant info. Everyone was really friendly and engaging and explained all instructions really well (offering phone number etc to contact them if we needed anything). Little videos were provided to help with measuring for the hot tub, using the hot tub and ‘technical’ info about maintaining the hot tub while we had it. Delivery and collection was prompt and everything was done efficiently,without causing us any inconvenience. The hot tub itself was fab - easy to use and work, in good condition, clean and exceeded my expectations of how nice and relaxing they are!! I would not hesitate to book premier hot tub hire again - I’m already planning a week in the summer! Thanks so much for an amazing experience that we all (2 adults and 2 children) could enjoy together.read more

I’ve never hired a hot tub before and wanted to get one for... the weekend with the girls as a surprise for our friend’s 30th birthday but had heard bad things about the inflatable ones then stumbled across Premier, I hadn’t realised you could hire a solid one and these ones are easily rolled in to your garden! We had it for a long weekend and we were never out of it and it looked great in our garden bar! Ben was great throughout the whole enquiry/booking process and the people that delivered the tub were really friendly and showed me how to work everything and how the chlorine etc worked, I got a number I was told to call any time if I had any issues with it too! The delivery and collection were really easy and I didn’t want it to go back - we’re already looking for our next free weekend where we can hire one again! I’d definitely recommend these guys and the hot tubs are great and really reasonably priced!read more

I thought it may be difficult to organise, as she lives away from home, with her carers, but after a phone conversation with Ben my fears were put to rest. He sent me a link so I could see how the hot tub would be set up, and this answered all the questions I had. On the day we took our daughter out for a meal so that the hot tub could be set up ready to surprise her when she returned. We've always considered hot tubs, as expensive luxuries,... however, when you can't get the time off work, and can't afford a holiday, and your family really needs a break. . . . . We called Ben :) Its was an excellent choice. Ben personally delivered the tub at the time he said he would. He carefully and patiently went through the maintainance proceedures. He was calm and attentive. Then the day after the installation he contacted us to make sure we were happy. Hiring a hot tub is excellent value for money because you can really concentrate on making the most of it while its there. Its quality time you spend with your family that makes it so special. Being out doors in a torrential thunderstorm, watching sheet lightning, while warm and cosy in the water is an experience I'll never forget. When it was time for collection Ben took it all away again with no mess and no problems. . . . We shall certainly hire from him again. Thank you Ben.read more

The service provided by this new company is exceptional.... The owner Ben is very knowledgeable, courteous, polite, punctual and proffesional. The hot tub itself is superb. There are a variety of settings, temperature control, insulated cover and steps. There is plenty of room to seat 4 adults comfortably. We will be ordering again, highly recommended.read more

Brilliant customer service. We booked a hot tub for this... weekend which unfortunately didn't come off because we couldn't get it into my garden. The tub goes through gates fine, but my shed blocks the route. Despite this, Ben spent half an hour attempting 3 different routes to try to get it into my garden. Really disappointing for us, but Ben couldn't have done more and the hot tub did look great. Would highly recommend you give this a go.read more
